About Course

Economic and Management Sciences (EMS) is discipline that covers three main sections, namely: Economy, Entrepreneurship, and Financial Literacy.

Accounting is  a financial literacy language that enable households to understand finance concepts and use such concepts to improve the management of money. Its concepts are fundamental in managing consumers’ money and to a large extent building their wealth. Financial skills have no prescribed age at which one should start being money cautious and you do not need a lot of money to start saving. This course is built to cater to pupils who want to accounting knowledge of terms and most importantly the ability and wisdom to apply the knowledge.

The CAPS curriculum has been consulted in the preparation of this course and as such this course fulfills the minimum outcomes and standards of the learning process, as well as assessment processes and procedures outlined in the CAPS curriculum. Therefore, pupils doing grade 8 can take this course as a guide that complements their G8 studies. The content is presented at a high level financial education to ensure that the content is practical and interactive drive. One advantage of studying with us is that you will have access to our accounting system simulation. This Bolster Course is financial literacy suited course for pupils with and without basic accounting knowledge. It covers the concepts of basic accounting and Economic & Management Sciences (E.M.S).
